Tim was the Principal Sales Agent at Millbrook Resort into the New Millenium and 2000's and was central in the development and success of what is now a very exclusive village near Arrowtown.

After a few years selling vineyards and establishing his own boutique agency, Tim became an advisor and Buyer for every type of property in the Queenstown region. Tim has vast experience working with the Australian and Singaporean markets. As a fluent french speaker, he developed his own market in the Pacific, predominantly in Tahiti and New Caledonia.

In 2012 Tim moved into Property Development as a shareholder with special responsibility for Sales and Marketing - heading up three successful Projects; 22 Hallenstein; La Residence du Lac; and lastly La Residence du Parc - all in Queenstown.
